Deckling -

I started playing at around IceAge. My first display was from Portal. I play mostly at the kitchen table with some occasionally drafts at FNM. My playgroup always played 60 card singleton decks and started to adopt to commander in the last two years.

My deck building philosophy (https://tappedout.net/mtg-articles/2020/apr/1/edh-deck-building-process-1/):

  • I love the deck building process more than playing (which I still love a lot)
  • As we mostly play casual I want to have everyone at the table to have fun. So I dislike I-Win-The-Game-Combos, discard strategies, land destruction strategies or mass land destruction and don't play or include counter spells very often.
  • I like janky tribal decks (SPOOKIE BONES / Ayula's Bears / Boros Samurai / Elephant Charge
  • I keep the health of my playgroup in mind when building, and try to build in the €100-€200 max price range for commander and €70-€150 for 60 card singleton decks.
  • As I mostly play in one playgroup I tend to have a lot of decks for diversity reasons.

Cool Deck. Plus 1 from me.

My friend s and I built real Elder Dragon Highlander Decks with the same restriction as your deck. These are really cool games.

And I also have some cards for your deck:

  • Ambition's Cost The price tag sucks, I know ;-) but another source of card draw is always good.
  • Ashen Powder I not sure with this one because we don't want to "steal" new frame cards from opponents ;-).
  • Royal Assassin is still a good card in EDH.
  • Sadly your deck may not have enough creatures for Koskun Falls. As this card is so unknown everyone has to look twice, if you play a Propaganda in black ;-).

Nice deck. Plus one from me.

I have also build a skeleton tribal deck but the focus is more flavor and less winning ;-).

But you can have still a look and maybe find something for your deck... SPOOKIE BONES
