Thanks for this list, super helpful!

PuritanPuree I'd probably cut what you deemed to be the worst 3-4 of your lifegain/token makers, since it looks like you have a LOT of those. Also I didn't see you already had WST in there, I'm dumb :P

nono2k on Sewer Rats

I really enjoyed playing this deck. The only thing I don't understand is why Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth is in it. It doesn't really add much value, because all of your lands are already swamps. Unless I'm missing something, it seems like it only benefits opponents. I would either change it out with a different land, or add in some colorless lands to get some value out of it.

Icbrgr on Reclamation of Fate

Sulfur Elemental sounds pretty spicy!

Craeter on Sewer Rats

This is a neat take on the ratties, nicely done mate.

Since the win con is poison counters, one thing I would recommend is more ways to get Fear on the Rats to make them pseudo unblockable. Marrow Gnawer is ideal for sure, but Cover of Darkness can serve the same function and is only a 2 drop.

Maybe also include a couple staple Black tutors to help ensure these are pulled.

How about extra Draw? Phyrexian Arena & Ayara, First of Locthwain are usually auto includes in my mono black decks.

DemonDragonJ on Utopian Prosperity

I have replaced Primal Command and Grand Arbiter Augustin IV with Blossoming Bogbeast and Forgotten Ancient, which improved the balance of colors, in this deck, because, as great as were the previous two cards, the two new card better match the theme of this deck; I do not wish for this deck to be a one-trick pony (or, in this case, a two-trick pony), but consistency is very important, so I feel that I am making this deck more consistent, with that change.

Unlife on Karlach, Furious Sailor

I like it, I did the same paring for my own Karlach deck, though to make sure I had extra combats, I added in extra ramp and take extra turn spells, so she's always attacking.

She will get targeted a lot, so I'd consider some more protection such as Champion's Helm, Mask of Avacyn, Lavaspur Boots, etc

Xica on Reclamation of Fate

Hmm this is one of the few decks where Remand is better than Counterspell.

Remand can act as a cantripping fog effect on your opponent's turn 2, or be played on back of growth spiral's extra land on t3.

And well the deck's goal is to shrink your library to only Nexus of Fate *list* then win in combat. Which is made possible by tha absurd ramp created with Wilderness Reclamation - with such mana advantage, arguably remand is better.

BUT
In the current meta with over 35% of decks being RWx energy, you need some sort of way to hate on those decks, as they are naturally favoured against this type of deck.
I would recommend playing Sulfur Elemental in that role (for hating on white x/1 tribal), as it not only clears the board:
- it also keeps the board clean
- it doesnt harm your own Ice-Fang Coatls

Yes, i am aware, that you get caught in the flak with Orcish Bowmasters seeing common play thanks to the one ring - so concessions need to be made for that.

ok, so Chromatic Orrery is good but not needed. I'm adding Urza's Incubater to help reduce the cost for my creatures.

Flarhoon13 on Marton Stromgald, Nigh Unstoppable

Dec 7

Marton Stromgald attacks finally got a win. The table--Kurtis on Commander Mustard, Doug on Krenko, Mob Boss and I--made Darryl the Archenemy to overcome Valgavoth, Terror Eater. Break Through the Line was a key player, allowing me to attack repeatedly with Marton.

Flarhoon13 on Erebos' Totally Devoted to Death

Dec 7

Erebos' Totally Devoted to Death . Lost again. I missed a land drop. Cody's Heliod Heliod, the Radiant Dawn  Flip went off and killed us all pretty quickly. I was setting up for some good plays, played a Phyrexian Obliterator and as I was digging for a land with Erebos and a Nihil Spellbomb, found a Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx but without enough mana to activate it. I never got to as Cody killed us after he untapped.

Flarhoon13 on Saskia keeps hitting

Nov 23

Saskia keeps hitting probably could have avoided a loss and thereby maybe even won, but me being a bit of a prick killed us all in a five player game. Nolan on Yuriko, the Tiger's Shadow was running away with it. I had six saprolings from an Aether Mutation that took out Jared's Soul of New Phyrexia. Those let me convoke to cast City on Fire plus the black Odric, Brutal Hordechief. Untapped and attacked all out on Nolan and using Brutal Hordechief's activation. Unfortunately, my Blade of Selves on Tireless Provisioner meant my 3-2 myriad copy attacking Doug allowed me to kill all of his creatures, with my triple damage. I could have left Doug, on Trostani, Selesnya's Voice, with some blockers, but alas, I killed them all. That meant Nolan was able to cast Yuriko, the Tiger's Shadow plus a Nanogene Conversion, getting through with four attackers for 20 Yuriko, the Tiger's Shadow triggers, which turned out to be exactly enough to kill all of us, me last of all, via Yuriko triggers. The last one killed me. Still dead

BirdieGirlie I will for sure try it. Rn I am struggling a bit with balancing draw/scry effects to find the pieces and the tap abilities to trigger Kona, but I will for sure try it. I was actually considering Hauntwoods Shrieker as an additional way (not a substitute to Kona), but I will also try Elvish Piper, seems like a fair option, especially as you can activate it at instant speed.

Foxycide on Dune: He Who Can Destroy …

I am astounded by the effort you put into this deck. The art printings you chose all give Dune aesthetics, especially that basic swamp. I wanted to mention the card Pianna, Nomad Captain, as it reminds me of Dune as well. Not a great card, but it's pretty neat looking.

Foxycide on Buttercup: Princess Bride

Holy smokes! This deck is amazing. I mean, as in, a unique, interesting, and fun looking deck. Anyway, you wanted a reason to talk about "Mawwage?" You should add Wedding Ring. Sadly, it costs about $6 USD.

OPgoodness on Tasty Blood

a few cards that could help depending on the direction you take the deck in. artifacts; -Ceremonial Knife could be good for blood token production -Glass-Cast Heart nearly free blood token production plus helps make a board or can kill an opponent Sorcerys ; -Bloody Betrayal take an opponents creature -Pointed Discussion good draw plus helps your board state creatures ; -Exsanguinator Cavalry card gets buffed by combat damage -Falkenrath Celebrants slightly higher cost but gives 2 blood tokens on etb really good if you can reanimate it -Falkenrath Forebear not super strong card but at 3 mana with flying plus its effect allowing it to be cast from the graveyard could help -Ivora, Insatiable Heir probably wont help but each discard makes this stronger plus blood token off combat damage -Restless Bloodseeker if your going for life gain at all this will help land ; -Voldaren Estate for obvious reasons

No Bringer of the Red Dawn or Geyadrone Dihada? Just a couple of cards off the top of my head.

Xspi on draw-counter-go (cEDH malcolm)

you only need 3 counters by your turn because on attack, the ability adds a counter before checking if you have four counters so you only need 3 counters on attack to be able to cheat something in. typical turn cycle 1. island 2. island --> flash malcolm when it is safest to do so depending on your pod 3. malcolm can attack without having to worry about haste, starting with 1 counter. 4. if you can proliferate twice between T3 and T4, then you can cheat out whatever you want on T4

Ambitious Dragonborn Animist's Might Bighorner Rancher Challenger Troll Choose Your Weapon Cream of the Crop Death's Presence Doom Weaver Emergent Woodwurm Exponential Growth - just cus Fanatic of Rhonas Mosswort Bridge Final Strike Fungal Sprouting that should give you options for the last few cards you have left. sadly you can't have Callous Sell-Sword in your deck because he has red in him, but all the other cards you added look good, especially One with the Kami and Necrosynthesis

Yo Taida I've been nosing around trying to find some payoffs for you but instead of that I need to tell you that I just found out Elvish Piper exists?? It's kind of like Kona but its ability costs 1 green and it's not phase-dependent. I feel like the tap requirement will make it a removal magnet and replacing Kona with it entirely will make the deck way too slow, but it's really, really good.

TheStephenation on Ninety-Four Percent Lands

Since I've had this deck taken apart for a while now, I have no way to confirm for certain which land was in that Flood Plain slot. It certainly wasn't actually a Flood Plain. Ordinarily, I'd guess that it was an autocomplete issue, as I've caught some of my decks on TappedOut using the wrong card name due to my failing to catch instances of autocomplete cropping up, but there's no land that would start with "Flo" that could have been the culprit in this case. I am almost 100% certain that whatever card was in this slot, it wasn't actually Flood Plain, as I piloted the deck enough times that the issue of the wrong fetchland being in the deck would have come up. And of course, even if Flood Plain had been mistakenly slotted into this deck, it really shouldn't have been. I didn't choose to go for those Streets of New Capenna forest-grabbing lands here, but they would probably have been fine.

Took this deck apart before the new MH3 fetches existed, but those would go in an updated version of this list.

The utility value of Ghost Town in this deck is extremely niche. It would have been another basic if I'd felt the need for more of those. Cutting it for one of the new fetchlands would also make sense. Some of the other utility lands are also mostly just there because enough of the slots seemed to be devoted to basics and getting a bit more utility seemed worth the negligible risk. Likewise, there was some silly cornercase reason for running a single Wastes. I can't remember that cornercase off the top of my head. That slot could just as easily be another forest anyway, but like I said, I always seemed to have enough basic forests.

City of Traitors is bonkers-good and would never, ever be cut from this deck. But everything else you said is solid.

xraider on Planeswalker Rulez

I’m not sure why I’m helping you with this nasty deck. I would suggest adding more board wipes and counterspells to better protect your planeswalkers, especially in our creature-heavy meta. Cards like Blasphemous Act, Farewell, Supreme Verdict, Counterspell, Mana Drain, Reject Imperfection, and Desynchronization could be great additions.

Here are a few more cards to consider for your deck: Teferi's Talent, All Will Be One, Rowan's Talent, Deification, Sphere of Safety, Take the Bait, and Djeru, With Eyes Open.

Good luck

hybridv21 on 4 Colour Creation Attempt

I'm assuming Omnath, Locus of Creation is the commander. clearly needs for more lands, I'm assuming the missing cards will be basic lands.

maybe consider a Sakura-Tribe Scout and some more card draw so cards like her can repeatedly put cards from hand onto the field.

other than that its pretty good!

Crivaro on Little Gruul Riding Hood

That's valid. If you would run it, do it. Have you own spin on the idea to see how it feels! I'll take your suggestion to heart, though, I'll think about it and might test it out. =)

capwner on Little Gruul Riding Hood

Seems like the whole idea is: don't run any low cost cards so you always cascade into bombs. I would think an ultra-flexible card like Archdruid's would feel great to cascade into. Basically, it doesn't seem like there's any good mechanical reason to impose the 4-cost restriction on yourself, because the way you use the cascade benefits off percentages rather than absolutes. So it doesn't seem worth forgoing useful interactive spells. Just my thoughts on this type of build.

Crivaro on Little Gruul Riding Hood

It's really doesn't feel like whiffing to cascade into a free CC 4 spell. Easiest way to understand the concept might be just looking up a very similar build by SalubriousSnail, link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ceILMLrNCGw

capwner on Little Gruul Riding Hood

I see what Monstrous Vortex does but it looks like you can already whiff by hitting a 4 drop ramp spell off of your 5-6 drop creature, so it's unlikely that you'll be chaining off every creature in your deck? What am I missing here :P

capwner on Little Gruul Riding Hood

Hmmm, I'm not sure I understand what this deck is trying to do. I see you are trying to cascade but I don't get what the target is. If you only run 4 drops to maximize value out of your Discover 4 effects for example, running 1-3 drops wouldn't mess up this plan if your curve was still weighted towards 4. I don't see that single 3 drop or 0 drop you are trying to cascade into every time, e.g. I have a deck with no 1-2 drops that hits Restore Balance every time. Might be nice to add more of a description if you have some more complex combo stuff going on in here!

capwner on Amalia and Her Loyal Lurrus

I've played against Amalia she's super strong, basically giving an aristocrats/drain deck a voltron finisher. This list looks well put together for a fairly budget deck, you have all the good lifegain/token cards to make her tick and some good protection. The only thing I can think of is to add more stuff that Lurrus can abuse, cards like Mishra's Bauble, Benevolent Bodyguard, maybe even totem armor cards like Dog Umbra. With the power to regenerate your board with Lurrus, you could maybe run a few more wraths too! White Sun's Twilight seems like a great fit to me.

Crivaro on Little Gruul Riding Hood

Really like the work you put into your comment and passion for it, but sadly (except for Talon Gates I could consider) none of them fit at all. The deck starts it's mana curve at 4, and relies on 4-drops to do very specific things for its gameplan. Nevertheless, thank you! =)

capwner on Little Gruul Riding Hood

Always love some Gruul, my only advice would be to take more advantage of the power of lands with cards like Crop Rotation and Archdruid's Charm + tech lands like Talon Gates of Madara. This gives you lots of interactivity, which can often be tough for these colors. Stuff like Tibalt's Trickery and Chaos Warp are really good too and go in almost any red/non-blue deck I make.

Another less staple-y one that might fit is Druids' Repository, since you have lots of creatures swinging in this could help you snowball!
