Dreadmalkin and Leech Gauntlet are both pretty mediocre. I'd recommend replacing them with more ramp (you have a lot of pricier cards here, including your commander. More 2-cost mana rocks would go a long way). I also don't think you have enough enchantments for Grim Guardian to be putting in the work.
Other suggestions would be Aclazotz, Deepest Betrayal Flip (discard payoff), Hostile Investigator (Discard payoff and targeted discard), Sangromancer (Some lifegain) or Quest for the Nihil Stone (Cheap discard payoff). I do think you should be prioritizing adding more ramp first so you can get you specters out and start swinging faster.

Generally for wording such as on Dungeon of the Mad Mage, you would be allowed to play these cards during the resolution of the ability. You'll ignore timing restrictions such as sorcery speed or playing a land during your main phase when the stack is empty, but not other timing restrictions such as "cast this only during combat."
There's no specific rule for this, you just do what the effect says. When the ability resolves, it exiles two cards, then gives you the opportunity to play them. After you have played or chosen not to play each of the cards, the ability finishes resolving and leaves the stack. The best I can give you for this is 608.2n: As the final part of an instant or sorcery spell’s resolution, the spell is put into its owner’s graveyard. As the final part of an ability’s resolution, the ability is removed from the stack and ceases to exist.

WotC shall finally be printing a creature version of Exquisite Blood in foundations, in the form of bloodthirsty conqueror, and I obviously shall be putting that card into my Liesa, Shroud of Dusk deck, but I am not certain what card it should replace, so I wish to ask for advice from the other users here, about that matter.
It would be nice to have redundancy with Exquisite Blood, so I could replace Defiant Bloodlord with the conqueror, as I would still have plenty of cards that replicate the effect of Sanguine Bond, and doing that would also lower the mana curve of that deck, but, on the other hand, the bloodlord is a very nice flying beater, which I can also give lifelink, and Exquisite Blood costs 5 mana to cast, but does nothing on its own, so I also would have no difficulty in replacing it with its creature counterpart, as well, so it is a difficult decision, for me.
What does everyone else say about this subject? How can I put bloodthirsty conqueror into my Liesa deck?
Also, as a side note, why is it that bloodthirsty conqueror has the same mana value as Exquisite Blood, while Defiant Bloodlord is more expensive than is Sanguine Bond?

Come on. If one character from OTJ is going to become a Planeswalker, it has to be Stella Lee. The loyalty abilities are designed to roughly mimic those of the original card.
The triggered ability was originally from Ral, Crackling Wit. Make a card showing how Stella Lee ended up with Ral's ability.

Thanks Cyber, I think the Coat of Arms fits due to the high likelihood of being able to leverage Myr in this deck. As for Artifact token theme because this deck doesn't even begin to work unless I'm leveraging those mana rocks which are taking the place of my lands, but so i figured if i'm required to stuff in so many mana rocks to begin with may as well have them double for another potential mechanic. ....That's the idea anyway

Humble Defector - While not ETB, gives you draw which you really need in red. it's a political tool and works best with Homeward Path, the other political tool, especially useful against GY decks that take your creatures
Zealous Conscripts - Super helpful on it's own and can combo with Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker. Kiki adds so much value on it's own as well
Terror of the Peaks - No explanation needed
Curse of Opulence - Politics + useful with Norin.
Outpost Siege > Vigilante justice - Different modes and while it works differently, it's almost the same. Card draw is very important in red EDH

I have a copy of Steelbane Hydra in my Marath, Will of the Wild *f-etch* EDH deck, but I am contemplating replacing it with either Crystalline Crawler or Mindless Automaton, since I feel that I already have sufficient artifact and enchantment destruction in that deck, whereas the other two creatures are far more universal in their utility.
What does everyone else say, about this subject? Should I replace Steelbane Hydra in my Marath deck, or keep it, there?

26 Oct 2024 - If you make a token copy of a non-creature spell, it still becomes an illusion but is not a creature. In this case, spells and abilities that see creatures will not affect it because it does not have the creature type. However if a spell or ability looks for the number of illusions on the battlefield, such as Krovikan Mist, your non-creature illusions will be seen.

If you look up Blasphemous Act on gatherer there’s a passage telling you how costs are paid for spells - specifically ”To determine the total cost of a spell, start with the mana cost or alternative cost you're paying, add any cost increases, then apply any cost reductions”.
The cost increases happen first, then the decreases, meaning that you can still reduce the cards cost to a single
