Note: Not a lot of people know, but confusion in the ranks triggers on itself, so you can "steal" an enchantment upon it entering.
You mention Norin with Obliterate with obliterate gives you an advantage but only if you have an enchantment such as Impact tremors. Otherwise, Norin himself can't deal damage since he's "scared of his own shadow" so to speak. Just wanted to clarify that part. On a similar note, what is the purpose of worldfire? Is your table okay with draw go for a couple turns until someone can do something?
I see no mention of your budget per card so Arcane Signet > Star compass
What kind of suggestions r u looking for? Mostly meta? Do you need more draw?

NoNeedToBragoBoutIt +1 , Great deck. Simple and effective. Get bunch of dudes with ETB damage triggers, make tokens, attack, draw cards, seems great. I do wonder about 2 things....
- Reclaim - How has your experience been with this card? Since you already run Noxious, is this needed? In other words, what cards are you discarding that are so important (Ex: Combo piece) that you want to get back rather than just draw new cards?
- How have you been on card draw? It appears that your commander is fronting the burden for it. I get the avg cmc is super lower and it's more aggro. I wonder if Skullclamp might be worth considering given your 1/1's

Crow_Umbra on Rendmaw wording
Hi there, unfortunately I don't think that split cards will work with Rendmaw. You can check out the Wiki page for Split Cards to read the more specific rulings, but here is a key piece that is most relevant to Rendmaw's functioning:
"In any zone except the stack, a split card has the combination of both characteristics; while it's on the stack, it only has the characteristics of the half being played."
- 709.3. A player chooses which half of a split card they are casting before putting it onto the stack.
- 709.3a Only the chosen half is evaluated to see if it can be cast. Only that half is considered to be put onto the stack.
Also, Artifact Lands like Vault of Whispers or Enchantment Lands like Valgavoth's Lair will work with Rendmaw, since they are cards being played, and have two or more types (Artifact or Enchanment, and Land). The split cards from your example would only count as whichever half you choose to play on the stack when you cast it.

The Price to Pay
Sorcery
Starting with the player to your left, each player may draw up to three cards. Then, each player who draws one or more cards loses life equal to the three times the total number of cards drawn in this way.
Let's assume the player immediately to your left draws 3 cards. Great.
Rotating toward the left as is standard for a multiplayer game, the next player says f it they'll also draw 3 cards.
The next player, the one to your right, draws 3 because why not it's free cards.
You opt to draw nothing.
9 cards drawn in total, so now each of your three opponents lost 27 life.
Next time you cast the spell, the player to your left draws nothing.
Next player needs lands and draws 3.
Next player sees that 3 cards were drawn and draws nothing.
You grin and draw 3. Six cards drawn, you and the other player each lose 18 life, which is enough to take them out of the game and leaves you with a healthy life total because you managed your resources well.
You know, Tsukimi, looking at his artwork I wonder if he's from Duskmourn and made a deal to get out before the plane was taken over

I totally agree about planeswalkers. The addition of mythic rares felt really cynical too. Old green cards having a wooden board for the text box and black cards with the old bubbly texture a parchment-like text box is just so corny and soulful, plus brown artifact frames looking like buried relics and not shiny new things.
I don't mind EDH being long in itself. I can see why a more social format became so popular for friends. I think it's more how WotC warped the design of MtG to make chase cards for Commander that I dislike. But yeah. Having to sit out for 1 hour if you lose definitely creates a lot of contempt for being attacked, and so on... which ironically discourages aggression and makes the game even longer.

A classic example of cumulative "player friendly" design choices gradually ruining what was once a far more balanced, aesthetically diverse, and strategically interesting game. The combat in Magic is better than a lot of other games due to defending players assigning combat, damage to creatures being removed at the end of turn, and possibilities with combat tricks... but just playing enchantments/artifacts and turning creatures sideways becomes much more stale when other elements of play that shift the boardstate are de-emphasized.
The stack and the mana system are the two best mechanics in Magic that really set it apart from other CCGs imo, but for all the recent complexity creep, I really feel a lot of new mechanics have just been boring variations of adding +1/+1 counters to things and gimmicks with overly long names that need stupid knick-knacks to track and aren't actually interesting to play.
I'm just not the target audience anymore.

It's always cool to see how someone solves the Anax and Cymede puzzle! They end up being a better Commander than people expect, especially if you can generate a board to benefit from his buff (and you can trigger them a few times).
I have an A+C list, I use Crown of Flames and Flickering Ward to generate A+C triggers, as well as trigger other cards. In that list I use the few creatures that care about enchantment ETBs (so Mesa Enchantress, Kor Spiritdancer, and Sram, Senior Edificer, but I also found Gandalf, White Rider pretty handy, Scry isn't as good as Draw, but he's easy to trigger and buffs my whole board each time, which stacks with A+C's triggers! FWIW it's easier to find an Aura than it is an Instant/Sorcery in Boros (Sunforger is a bad card IMHO, but some people swear by it). I value these Auras so highly I almost always hold up mana to bounce them in a pinch. I almost never tutor for it, but I also run Ghitu Firebreathing, it's a got Flash, which means for every 3 mana you can pump into the effect you can pump your creatures not just on your turn, but also in preparation for blocking. It's niche I admit, but there are only so many playable Auras that bounce themselves for cheap!
I'm not sure if you're interested in equipment, but Inquisitor's Flail plays pretty well with A+C's First Strike and Vigilance, and it stacks with other doubling effects like True Conviction/Spectacular Showdown. Two-Handed Axe is great for A+C, if you have 7 mana you can swing in at 8 power with Double Strike with no other support!
If you want to take a look at my A+C list, it's Staxdrop! (Snowdrop Vorthos Deck), it's a Vorthos deck so it has some unusual elements like hard Stax effects and numerous board wipes, so that part might not be relevant to your deck!

Goblin decks are so much fun. I struggled with trying to build an EDH deck using only old frame cards until an old frame variant of Krenko was printed...during my last game with friends, that deck absolutely rocked, just because I had subbed out the previous commander.

Jkchunt on Mono Green Draw

As much as I love EDH, I like to pretend it's still 2004 and planeswalkers were never a thing. I feel like that's when a lot of aspects of MTG started to drift away from what I considered to be the "essence" of the game. The new card frames in particular just remind me of Apple's window frames or the look of Pokemon cards. MTG cards, in my opinion, should look like old Tarot cards you might find in a curiosity shop in New Orleans.
I appreciate the shorter length of 60-card games; if you aren't willing to devote at least 2 hours to an EDH game then for a lot of people that becomes an issue. My favorite thing about the EDH format is that it forces players to research obscure cards and use them because you can't just have four of the best card in a deck. It definitely changes the game fundamentally from what it was designed to be, but the fact that WotC has essentially subsumed a player-created format due to its popularity definitely says something about the ability of players to contribute to the evolution of the game's design.
I'd forgotten Multani also had shroud...one issue I often have building old frame EDH decks is that I prefer to use legendary creatures rather than commanders (the only old frame planeswalker I'm using atm is Elspeth for a soldier deck, and not having access to "destroy target planeswalker" makes removal into a combat-based thing, which makes that deck do better against my other old frame decks that only use legendary creatures).

knucklekustard on Mono Green Draw

Multani is nice not just because he benefits from draw but because he has shroud, which is big when older formats made creatures much more vulnerable to removal. Onslaught started to change that philosophy, and today WotC is very adamant that the game supports an almost emotional attachment to central pieces like commander legendary creatures and Planeswalkers in the lore (which helps monetization). That's fine, I think, but I prefer the grittier feel of the older game. Even with retro creatures being "bad" they were still usually the wincon.

I'm pretty sure Enchantress and Horn of Greed + Exploration are common combos for landstill type decks, but I'm mavoiding looking up too much about the Premodern meta (for now) and just making my own decks from setlists, since I'm only playing with friends and we kind of want to make our own quasi-jank and just deckbuild more.
EDH is big because 100-card singleton gives you a lot of options and you don't always have to make completely optimal plays, or collect multiples of cards. For what it's worth, I find 60 card formats have a lot more aggro, control and midrange archetypes - because multiplayer means that people take things like being attacked or counterspells personally, and midrange trading 2-for-1s doesn't matter as much when you have 2-4 opponents. But smaller combos benefit from EDH having free mulligans, a Commander that's accessible at almost all times, and just generally seeming like non-threatening options until they pop off.

I would cut Jokulhaups. It's one of my favorite cards but outside it's combo with Stonehoof Chieftain, I don't see enough synergy to justify it.
Sarkhan Vol could go. Outside haste (which he isn't even a good haste enabler), he doesn't do much.
Thirsting Roots doesn't ramp you, just helps make your drop. You have a few planeswalkers but not enough to start including proliferate.
You could add Frontier Siege. It gives you two green mana the turn you play it if played main phase one and four green mana every other turn. You also have quite a few dragons, so it's fight ability could be relevant but you'd still choose mana 90% of the time.
